Dr. Frogley is a 1982 Graduate of Palmer College Of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa. A former clinic instructor at Palmer College. He practiced for three years in Australia and, has been practicing here in Soquel, California for the last twenty two years. Dr.Frogley is licensed to practice in California, Iowa, Illinois, and three states in Australia. He is a California State licensed Radiographer and X-Ray Instructor.
